SAM MONTGOMERY

Sam was born and raised in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  After graduating from Notre Dame Regional High School, he attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for his undergraduate degree.  Sam received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.  He has gained extensive experience in criminal defense, having practiced with the Montgomery Law Firm for two years and for three years, as an assistant public defender, working in both Jackson County, Missouri and Southeast Missouri.

  Sam is working with clients on general civil and litigation matters, with an emphasis in criminal defense.  He provides experienced and zealous representation to the residents of Southeast Missouri.
